"Five million? Ten million? Fifty million?" "Maybe $100 million," Mays replied. I really don't know what to say about that. If Mr. Mullen's software is allowed access to my servers to kill rogue processes then any other sufficiently clever programmer could exploit this permission to kill any other process. Imagine if WalMart could tap into Target's servers and shut down vital processes... it could spark a whole new level of corporate warfare. Given Nintendo's past legal troubles regarding RSI I'm surprised they don't require a signed release before selling the new unit.
